For bespoke outfits which are made to measure, we may not always be able to refund these items.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds or exchange on any of the items returned that has been, Altered, ironed, worn, damaged or have any kind of makeup, sweat or grease marks, perfume or bodily odour and are not in original condition or packaging.

All the refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Once we receive the item back, your refund will be issued within 7 working days.
